Grappa Nonino Riserva Vendemmia. Grappa aged for more than 18 months in small barrels, made from selected grape pomace grown in the Friuli region. The drink offers a pleasant harmony between the sweetness of ripe fruit and the vanilla notes imparted by the wooden barrels. The taste unfolds on the palate, revealing light notes of pepper, eucalyptus, tea, and cinnamon. The finish offers hints of licorice and cocoa. This grappa goes well with foie gras, cheese, dark chocolate, and chocolate-dominated baked goods. Grappa is perfect after a meal, with a good cigar, or in cocktails. It is recommended to serve it at room temperature in a wide, round glass and allow it to breathe for a few minutes before drinking.
