Grappa Rosina has an alcohol content of 56% and is made from Dolcetto grape pomace and aged for 10 years in small, used 200-liter Italian acacia barrels. In addition, this grappa does not contain any water – over the 10 years of aging, several degrees of alcohol have "evaporated" to 56°. Approximately 867 bottles are produced per year.
