If there were only one grape variety worthy of being called the nectar of the gods, it would be Moscato. Known to the ancient Greeks and Romans for its sweetness, it attracts bees and embodies the most pleasant aromas of flowers, meadows, and sun-kissed fruits. Grappa made from Moscato grapes has a strong, mellow aroma and is extremely fragrant. When tasted, it reveals notes of meadow flowers, cut grass, plums, sage, violets, roses, and peaches.
