This calvados is made from 100% cider apples grown in the Pays d'Auge region and distilled using the traditional double distillation method over a fire. The drink is aged for 13 years in the same oak barrels. The calvados harmoniously combines fruity aromas and very subtle oak tannins, a creamy texture, and a slight hint of vanilla in the aftertaste. Alc.: 61.6%. 500 ml. 410 bottles produced.
