China-China is one of the first liqueurs from the former Virieu region, produced from the maceration and distillation of sweet and bitter orange peels. The drink gets its dark color from natural caramel. An amber-colored drink with an orange aroma. The taste has notes of star anise, wormwood, and clove, giving the liqueur warm and spicy notes. Recommended as an aperitif, to stimulate digestion after a meal, on ice cream, and in cocktails. Alc. 40%. 500 ml.
