The original Félix Bigallet herbal liqueur, which is already a century old. Dessertine Bigallet liqueur is made according to a unique, secret recipe. More than 20 herbs, mostly collected in the mountains, are used in its production, and two separate distillations are carried out. The drink has a mild but distinct flavor due to short maceration, which brings out the finest aromas and reduces bitterness. During the first distillation, fragrant cloves, barberry, Provençal lavender, and other undisclosed plants are distilled. During the second distillation, juniper berries, lemon balm, holy basil, and other plants, which the manufacturer does not disclose, are distilled. The infusion includes cinnamon (long maceration), verbena (medium maceration), mint (short maceration), and several other secret plants. During production, the products obtained during the infusion, first and second distillations are mixed with cane sugar and prepared for aging in oak barrels.
