Cortese wine-based Vermouth Bianco Ulrich from Marolo Distillery in Piedmon, Italy. This vermouth was created at the request of the ladies of Savoy, who were frequent visitors to Turin's art nouveau cafés. Red vermouth (vermouth rosso), characterized by a higher alcohol content and masculine qualities, was softened to suit the ladies' palates. The color of the drink became lighter, the aromas milder, and the infusions more delicate. Thus, Vermouth Bianco Domenico Ulrich was born. The vermouth has a perfect balance of sweet and bitter notes. It is an excellent aperitif, suitable for cocktails and easy to drink on its own, with or without ice. It is recommended to serve it with a squeeze of fresh lemon and an orange twist to further enhance the floral notes.
