Biasiotto Prosecco Fermo is a still DOC wine. Grape variety: 100% Glera. The wine has intense aromas of apple, melon, light peach, and hints of roses and wild flowers. The taste is light and balanced, confirming the expectations created by the bouquet of aromas. The aftertaste is long-lasting and refreshing. The wine is included in Luca Maroni's guide "The Best Wines of Italy" and was awarded a gold medal at the "Vittorio Veneto Grappa and Wines" exhibition. Prosecco Fermo DOC can be enjoyed with light appetizers, seafood or vegetable dishes with a low aromatic intensity, and goes particularly well with shrimp on a bed of arugula, grilled poultry, and various fish dishes.
