Coppi Susanuvole Susumaniello Puglia IGP red wine. A wine made from Susumaniello grapes grown in Apulia. Created in memory of Antonio Michele Coppi, founder of the Coppi winery and oenologist. Susanuvole wine reflects his vision of harmony between work, elegance, and respect for the land. The wine has a strong, fruity aroma with hints of spices and herbs grown in the Mediterranean region. On the palate, the wine is dry, refreshing, smooth, with light tannins and a long-lasting fruity, balsamic finish. The wine pairs well with food, especially orecchiette with lamb ragù, pork ribs, fried mushrooms, and aged cheeses. Alc. 13.5%. 750ml.
