Red wine Coppi Siniscalco Primitivo Puglia IGP. Grape variety – 100% Primitivo. The name of the wine comes from Riccardo Siniscalco, a Norman lord who lived in Gioia del Colle, where the Coppi winery is located, in a towering castle. The wine is aged for 6 months in steel tanks and at least 10 months in bottles. The bright and long-lasting bouquet of fruity aromas includes cherry and cherry aromas. The wine is dry, smooth, refreshing, tannic, and full-bodied. It is perfect with juicy dishes, Prague ham, meatballs in cream sauce, sausages and potatoes, and mature cheeses. Under the right conditions, the wine can be stored for 5-10 years. Alc. 13%. 750ml.
