Grappa Gualco BIO organic and unfiltered, from organic Piedmont grape pomace. Young grappa, distilled using the bain-marie method and stored in stainless steel containers before bottling. As in organic winemaking, if the rules are strictly followed, grappa made from grape pomace grown on organic farms differs in its characteristics from that produced using traditional methods. For the sake of consistency, it was decided not to filter this grappa, sacrificing some of its smoothness, subtlety, and aesthetic beauty.
